Every year Marine Centre converts around 1200 swimmers through intensive training of deck drills, hand and leg movement, breathing techniques, grab rail holding and perfecting leg motion in water, flotation techniques, arms movement, and aqua dynamism and finalise with 40 mtrs free hand swimming. Advance trainings include pro-styles of swimming, stamina building, in water exercising, rescue methods, endurance promotion, use of flaps and speed increments. |
